Is one tree more important or worthy than another? Growing on steep hillsides, shoving up through sandy beaches is one life more significant than the other?
The rocks in my fountain tell the same story.
Each different, each bearing the mark of its true nature. Whether giving joy by allowing itself to be skipped across water by a twelve year old boy or giving joy to millions by allowing itself to be carved into a David (remember that artist, what was his name, Michelangelo?)--who would say one was more important than the other? Ask any 12 year old boy which he enjoys more--skipping rocks or looking at a statue. No one can be you and the life you are fashioned for. No one can impact or touch the lives you are meant too, except you.
I am thankful for you, your gifts (whether realized or waiting for your to recognize them) and the incredible spirit that you are.
Love is, without a doubt, the most beautiful, amazing, healing, inspiring, immeasurable thing of goodness that we know. You always get back more than you put out, not sure how that works, but it does. So I am gonna sing a song for you today....KIDDING! I have asked James T to stand in for me..:))
