"Does Your Artwork Have the EBSA Stamp??"

Surrender
My studio is empty. Really empty. Today, the last of the paintings made the trip from my studio to the gallery for next weeks opening at Gallery B in Lexington, KY. The above piece is one of the largest works, weighing in at 36" x 36". All but two of the pieces for this show were done on Raymar panels, which I have grown to love. The "glide" on the surface of them makes for maneuverability with the brush that makes me happy. I love painting small. I also love painting the large ones. You won't be able to tell it here, but the large paintings like this one have so much presence when you see them in real life.
Eddie does some last minute inspection of the paintings before giving them the EBSA (Eddie Bill seal of approval). Oddly, the above paintings, of the 26 destined for Gallery B, were the only ones to receive the seal.
